This dressing is just like me: an Italian-Mexican combo! I find people only use cilantro in Mexican cooking, but why not throw this medicinal superfood in wherever you can? Cilantro is a binder and a detoxifier, ridding the body of heavy metals. It’s proven to have antifungal, antiseptic, and antibacterial properties. It’s also packed with vitamins A, E, and K, as well as many essential minerals.
